Our recent client, Michael, and his girlfriend, Jessica, just closed on their first home!
Michael went through the
program here in Buncombe County
and received $15,000 in Down Payment Assistance and
almost $4000 in Seller paid closing costs.
The Mountain Housing credit is "paid back"
when Michael sales the home -
