Happy Client Update!!

Our clients are important to us… before their closing and well after!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rich & Sue at their new home,
 which closed in April of this year. 
We worked together for over a year before they were able to complete the

purchase of this dream property – 
from the first time they saw it, they just knew it was their forever home!

Which does not mean it was perfect… 
there were certainly some improvements to be 

made. Below are a few before and after photos as a testimony to what  some vision, 

some time … and an excellent local contractor like 
Jeremy Cox of Fixin’ to Sell… can do!!!

Rich and Sue also wanted to take advantage of their fantastic views   
by adding a welcoming patio area with modern fire pit  
for enjoying warm beverages on cool autumn evenings - 
and Miss Bella, the Great Dane, 
thoroughly approves of her new surroundings!

We love when our clients become our good friends and it’s always a delight 
to see the evolution of a home…   
Just a reminder that , like most of us, houses can have quite a bit of

potential under the surface!

Thanks so much to Rich and Sue for sharing their journey with us – 
from what they’ve told me, there may still be a few more 
projects in the coming year. We will keep you posted!!
