Do You know what a Modular Home is?

I find that most folks immediately visualize single wide in an ultra-rural setting.
I promise, nothing can be further from reality.
Off-frame modular homes tend to look and feel just like stick-built homes.

They are factory-built structures that are designed to be placed over a crawl space or full basement. Whereas on-frame modular homes are built on a permanent chassis (similar to a single or double wide), off-frame modular homes are more conventional and adhere to local and state building codes. They are often built to higher construction standards, as well!

The major difference between a stick-built and an off-frame modular is the former is built all on the home site. The latter is built in a factory and assembled later at the home site.
