As winter has turned into Spring, 

it has been important to take new photos of almost all of our listings. 

No more dark and stormy, or grey and wintry days. 

Everything here in Asheville and the surrounding area 

is light and bright and full of life anew.

I had to climb into the woods behind the home to get this shot - achoooo!!

But boy, was it worth it to capture that great new green color, 

along with the mountains in the back ground.

Welcome Todd and Alex!!

Todd and Alex, up from Georgia,
just bought a lovely home in Reynolds Mountain
with the help of our Team Leader, Byron Greiner.

We wish them tons of joy in their new home 

and tons of fun in their new town of Asheville!!

Flirting Turkeys

Our buyer's agent, Lisa Yoli, has befriended these turkeys during her tenancy in Kenilworth. 

She has since moved (after buying her own home!!), 

but thought to stop by and see how the turkeys were faring. 

Apparently they were very happy to see her!!

Gotta love how much wild life can be found in the downtown Asheville area!!

The Hills are Alive!!!

To say Spring has sprung here in Asheville, NC would be a severe understatement!!!

This was their stop at our Asheville office to pick up their keys to their NEW HOME in Hendersonville!!
I hope the champagne helped and look forward to ore photos once they have settled.
It took almost a year for this moment to happen - Lisa felt very fortunate to have been 
a part of the journey to
their forever home!!
