As of the morning of the 2nd day, 

we knew we were looking at a multiple-offer situation. 

Consequently, we placed a note in our local MLS 

that all offers had to be submitted by the following day at 5pm.

Wowza!!!

13 inquiries later, with 5 new buyers, 2 new sellers, and so far 8 offers,

this listing has made us busier than any other listing to date!!!

We have been in this business for a long time, 

and know how to price a property well, but really??!!!

Sure wish we had one like this every week of the year!!!

A Sunny Day Changes Everything!

We have had this home on the market since Autumn,

and though the leaves showed beautifully that time of year,

we never could get a good sgot of the house due to the 

uncooperative color of the sky.

I felt like taking a ride over to the colorful and artsy 

River Arts District (RAD) of Asheville

for a casual meal at White Duck Taco, 

my personal favorite lunch spot!!!

Everyone was in a super good mood and enjoying another 

sunny day in Asheville.

We were especially inspired by the amazing fish tacos and cold beer.

If you haven't been there - go!! And now they have a downtown location too!!

As winter has turned into Spring,

No more dark and stormy, or grey and wintry days.

Todd and Alex, up from Georgia,

Flirting Turkeys

Our buyer's agent, Lisa Yoli, has befriended these turkeys during her tenancy in Kenilworth. 

She has since moved (after buying her own home!!), 

but thought to stop by and see how the turkeys were faring. 

Apparently they were very happy to see her!!

Gotta love how much wild life can be found in the downtown Asheville area!!
